NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS
Parking Improvement Project – Shoma Villas II
Please be advised that starting January 20, 2026, the parking improvement project at Shoma Villas II will commence. This project is expected to last approximately 21 days, weather permitting.
As the project progresses, additional notices will be provided to keep residents informed of any changes, closures, and specific parking instructions.
Important Resident Reminders
- All Christmas decorations and holiday items must be removed by January 20, 2026.
- No electrical cords or personal items are permitted in common areas at any time.
- Parking will be limited and may be difficult at times due to construction activity.
- Certain parking areas will be temporarily closed as work progresses.
Please also be advised that parking spaces and configurations are currently under review and may change in the future to better benefit unit owners. This review is ongoing, and residents will be notified should any changes be approved or implemented.
Vehicle & Parking Instructions
- If you are aware of a damaged speed bump near your parking space and plan to leave your vehicle parked, please park away from the parking dumpster to allow construction access.
- If you receive a notice requiring your vehicle to be moved by a specific time, you must comply immediately.
- Failure to move your vehicle as instructed will result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense, without further warning.
